The sales staff in the store were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the installer was excellent. He was very skilled and conscientious – made every effort to keep the site tidy and clean up after he had finished. And we really appreciated the fact that he didn’t leave before taking the time to explain the best way to care for our new floor.
