Two of the most challenging tasks for carpet layers are stairs, and carpets with a strong stripe. This job for the Carlton Mill Hotel refurbishment had both!
Interior Designer Philippa Diver wanted a broadstripe look to modernise and add some character, so requested a custom-made Godfrey Hirst nylon cut pile carpet. This was colour-matched to the décor of the rooms, which were completed in a plain charcoal colour.
